Classical Soft is a brand (trade name) of A Tech. The website classicalsoft.com and our software and services are provided by A Tech, trading as Classical Soft, 26/1, Ring Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh (“we”, “us”). We build software and digital services: Classical Automation, Classical POS, Classical Email Marketing (coming soon), web design, SEO and digital marketing, AI voice agents and custom software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, keep and delete the information of our clients, visitors and users. A Tech is the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect data to deliver and improve our software and services:

• Personal information: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and business details, given to us through our enquiry form, the Classical Email Marketing waitlist, consultations or a service agreement.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, recorded in the server logs of our web host when you visit this website.
• Service-related data: information shared while we build a website, run a campaign, set up an AI voice agent or build custom software, such as business preferences or campaign goals.
• Software data: when you use Classical Automation or Classical POS, the information you and your customers put into the software, such as contacts, messages, bookings, products, stock and sales. We process it to provide the software to you.

2. How we use your information

• Service delivery: to create and manage websites, run campaigns, operate AI voice agents, build custom software and provide our software products.
• Communication: to respond to enquiries, send proposals and project updates, and share the outcome of a consultation.
• Waitlist: if you join the Classical Email Marketing waitlist, we use your email address to tell you about the product.
• Security and improvement: to keep the website safe, find errors and improve our software and services.
• Marketing: to send promotional offers with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Classical Automation and Facebook Messenger

Classical Automation connects to Facebook Messenger through Meta’s APIs, so that a business can read and answer the messages sent to its own Facebook Page in one shared inbox. We connect to a Page only when its owner asks us to, and we use the Messenger data (the Page ID and name, the encrypted Page access token, message content, and the sender’s Page-scoped ID and, where Meta provides them, name and profile picture) only to provide that service to the Page owner. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we follow the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these cases:

• Service providers: trusted third parties, such as hosting providers, email delivery and payment processors, who help us deliver our software and services and are bound by confidentiality.
• Legal compliance: if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, we may disclose data to authorities or in response to legal requests.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity, with continued protection.

5. Data security

We use measures to keep your information secure:

• Encryption: this website and our software use HTTPS to protect data in transit.
• Access controls: only authorized people can reach your data.
• In our software: Classical Automation encrypts connected credentials and sensitive data and logs every account action. Classical POS runs automatic daily backups, separate from your day-to-day use.

While we work hard to protect your data, no online system is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising, marketing or analytics cookies, and it does not use tracking tools. Sending a form needs no cookie. The software we link to, such as Classical Automation and Classical POS, keeps you signed in and remembers your settings with the cookies and browser storage it needs to work; their own policies describe this.

7. How long we keep data and how to delete it

We keep enquiries and waitlist emails only as long as needed to answer you and run the services you asked for. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by email to support@classicalsoft.com. We delete the data within 30 days of a verified request, except records that the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access: ask for a copy of your personal data.
• Correct: update information that is not accurate.
• Delete: ask us to delete your data, subject to legal obligations.
